The Supreme Court's October term opens

The term opens. The last one ended with the Court holding that the president may remove the heads of independent agencies at will, and refusing, the same morning, to let him remove a governor of the Federal Reserve.

Nothing on the October calendar asks again who the president may fire. That question was answered in June, everywhere except one building on Constitution Avenue.
