“A governor spends three months protecting one guy's paperwork, that's not an oversight, that's a favor, and favors have a price same as anything else the state buys. The guy who fired the shot sits in a Texas jail exactly as long as it's useful to somebody, then the minute it isn't, Minnesota gets him back. Watch what else gets "lost in extradition" the next time it's the badge doing the asking.”
